This seed mixture therefore only requires rare casting, which significantly reduces water consumption. The reason for these properties is the pipe fescue contained in the seed mixture (Festuca arrundinacea). This is very deep and thus gets the water from the depth of the soil, even if the surface has already dried out. The Greenato Dryland has only low ground requirements. This means that it can be sown without extensive preparations. Even sandy soils do not bother this lawn. In the further course, the lawn is very easy to care for, so that there is no need for extensive fertilization and constant adjustment of the pH value. Since this seed mixture also has very good properties in the shade, it can be applied throughout the garden, even if parts of the garden are shaded by trees or the house.
